Terms of Service

Senum is operated by Umut Celal Özçelik, an individual based in Istanbul, Türkiye ("Senum", "we", "us"). By using the Senum apps or website you agree to these terms. Contact: support@senumplay.com.

1. What Senum is

Senum is media player software. It plays streams from an IPTV service that you add yourself (Xtream Codes account or M3U playlist). Senum does not sell, provide, host, recommend or link to any channels, movies, series or IPTV services, and has no relationship with any content provider.

2. Your responsibility for content

You may only use Senum with playlists and services you are legally entitled to use. You are solely responsible for the content you access. We may suspend accounts used to infringe copyright or to break the law.

3. Accounts

You can use Senum without an account. An optional account (identified by your email address) is used to sync progress and settings across your devices. Keep access to your email secure; you can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account).

4. Senum Pro, trials and payments

• Senum Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. A 3-day free trial is available once per account and device.
• Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your store account settings.
• Our order process on the web is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in your local currency including applicable taxes. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Senum: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer our servers, no use of our services to distribute content, and no reselling of Senum Pro.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Senum reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every IPTV provider. We may update, add or remove features. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this website.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Senum is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the availability, quality or legality of third-party content you play. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
