Questions
Does Senum include channels or movies?
No. Senum is only a player. It does not sell, provide or recommend any content or IPTV service. You need your own subscription from a provider and the right to watch its content.
Which playlists are supported?
Xtream Codes accounts (server, username and password) and M3U / M3U8 playlists, including XMLTV program guides.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use Senum without one. An account (just your email) is only needed to sync your progress and settings across devices with Pro.
Is my playlist password safe?
Yes. Passwords stay on your device. When you sync with Pro, they are end-to-end encrypted; our servers cannot read them.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded there. Purchases made on our website can be cancelled anytime and refunded within 14 days. See our refund policy.
